Acceptance of Terms
Within You Therapeutics LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Within You Therapeutics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this Site. Your access to and use of withinyou.health (the “Site”) is governed by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Do not use this Site if you do not agree.
Medical Information
Content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content may be incomplete, may change, and may not reflect the most current medical standards. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for personal medical decisions.
No Provider-Patient Relationship
Within You Therapeutics is a private-pay telehealth practice. Use of this Site—including submitting forms, sending messages, scheduling, or viewing content—does not create a provider–patient relationship with Within You Therapeutics.
Patient Charts & Payments
Creating a new patient chart—whether through this Site or directly—does not mean you have been accepted as a patient or client of Within You Therapeutics. The new patient link redirects you to our secure, third-party patient portal (MDHQ). Creating a chart, contacting us, or submitting payment:
- Does not guarantee you will be accepted as a patient
- Does not guarantee services will be provided
- Does not establish a provider–patient relationship
- Does not obligate Within You Therapeutics to provide continued or ongoing care
- Is subject to any applicable client agreement and clinical consents
As a private-pay practice, we do not bill insurance. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Electronic Communications
Website forms, general email, and non-designated messaging tools may not be secure. Please submit Protected Health Information (PHI) only through designated secure systems.
Product & Supplement Links
Links to our supplement dispensary (Fullscript) direct you to a separate, third-party e-commerce platform operated by Fullscript. Purchases, returns, data practices, and product policies for that platform are governed by the terms and policies posted there. Product sales are subject to those third-party policies except where otherwise required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, logos, design, and layout—is the property of Within You Therapeutics or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Submit harmful code, malware, or automated scripts
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
- Interfere with the functionality or security of the Site
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools without permission
Improper use may result in denial of access and legal action, including recovery of damages and attorneys’ fees.

This Site may link to third-party platforms, including patient intake and scheduling systems (such as MDHQ), payment processors, social media sites, our supplement dispensary (Fullscript), and educational resources. Within You Therapeutics does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their content, privacy or security practices, or terms and policies. Your use of third-party sites is at your own discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Within You Therapeutics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages; losses arising from reliance on Site content; or loss of data, breach of security, lost profits, or service interruption. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Within You Therapeutics and its owners, officers, providers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable fees arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your unlawful conduct, or claims brought by you or on your behalf. This indemnification does not apply to harm caused solely and directly by Within You Therapeutics’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any material changes. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless otherwise required by law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Invalid provisions will be modified only to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.
Entire Agreement & No Waiver
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement governing your use of the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
