Four connected paths to feeling like yourself again.
Hormones, mind, and metabolism aren’t separate problems—so we don’t treat them in silos. Every plan is personalized, DNP-led, and built from your symptoms, your labs, and your goals.
Where we can help.
Bioidentical Hormone Optimization (BHRT)
Testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA, and desiccated thyroid—optimized well beyond “normal” to support how you actually feel and function.
Metabolic Psychiatry
Mental health is metabolic health. We target the energy, inflammation, and hormones underneath anxiety, depression, and brain fog.
Regenerative Medicine
NAD+, low-dose naltrexone, methylene blue, GLP-1s, and glutathione—used to address the root causes of aging, inflammation, and declining cellular function.
Gender-Affirming Care
Compassionate, evidence-based hormone therapy for transgender and gender-diverse people—with careful cardiovascular and metabolic monitoring throughout.
Bioidentical Hormone Optimization (BHRT)
A lab result inside the “normal” range only means you’re not the sickest fraction of the population being tested. It says little about whether you feel well. We optimize hormones to where you thrive—not merely where you scrape past a reference range.
Using bioidentical hormones—molecules identical to what your body makes, often individually compounded—we optimize testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA, and desiccated thyroid. The goal reaches past symptom relief to support cardiovascular and metabolic health, cognition, libido, muscle, mood, and sleep.
For women
Perimenopause and menopause done differently—symptom-first, individualized, and honest about what estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid can (and can’t) do.
For men
Andropause and low testosterone addressed at the root—optimized thoughtfully, with attention to metabolic and cardiovascular health, not just a single number.
Metabolic Psychiatry
Anxiety, depression, and brain fog are often downstream of energy metabolism, inflammation, and hormones. Instead of stacking medication on medication, we look upstream—and treat the root.
The goal isn’t another prescription for every symptom—it’s to treat the root, so many people are able to rely on fewer medications over time. Any change is gradual, clinically guided, and never made by stopping abruptly.
Regenerative Medicine
Tools that work at the cellular level to address the root causes of aging, inflammation, and declining mitochondrial function—rather than chasing one symptom at a time.
NAD+
A coenzyme central to cellular energy and repair, used to support energy, recovery, and healthy aging.
Low-dose naltrexone (LDN)
Used off-label to modulate immune signaling and inflammation for a range of chronic concerns.
Methylene blue
A mitochondrial-supporting compound explored for cellular energy and cognitive support.
GLP-1s & glutathione
Metabolic and antioxidant support—used thoughtfully as part of an individualized plan.

These therapies may be used in an individualized or off-label manner supported by clinical evidence and professional judgment, and only when appropriate for you.
Gender-Affirming Care
Compassionate, evidence-based hormone therapy for transgender and gender-diverse individuals—individualized to your goals, with careful cardiovascular and metabolic monitoring throughout your care.
The same optimal-medicine standard applies here: real time with your clinician, thoughtful monitoring, and a plan built around you—so you can focus on feeling like yourself and thriving.
The same standard, whatever brings you in.
One clinician. One connected plan. Delivered by secure telehealth—goodbye, fragmented care.
Symptoms first, then the full picture
We start with how you feel and what you want, then use comprehensive testing to find the root cause across hormones, metabolism, and mental health.
A plan built around you
Bioidentical, individualized dosing and a strategy that treats the mind and body as one system—not a prescription for every symptom.
Real time with your clinician
Virtual visits with the same provider over time—refining your plan as you improve, without the referral carousel.
What it costs to start
Your initial consultation is $350—and it’s really two appointments in one: an in-depth first visit (about 90 minutes) plus a return visit to review your comprehensive labs together and map your plan. Both visits are included.
Good questions, answered plainly.
Is everything done virtually?
Yes—care is delivered by secure telehealth (virtual visits), so you can be seen from the comfort of home.
Do you accept insurance?
Within You Therapeutics is a private-pay practice. Working outside insurance lets us spend real time with you and build care around your needs—not billing codes.
What’s the difference between BHRT and “normal” hormone treatment?
We use bioidentical hormones and optimize to where you feel and function well—often above the standard “normal” range—rather than only treating you once a number looks abnormal.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your initial consultation is really two appointments in one. First is an in-depth visit—about 90 minutes—where Luke Swift, DNP, reviews your full health history and walks through all of your symptoms and goals. He then orders comprehensive labs, and you return for a second visit to review those results together and discuss what treatment could look like for you. Both visits are included in the single $350 initial-consultation fee, and every plan is built around you—not a template.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Often, yes—many patients put HSA or FSA funds toward our services. Because eligibility depends on your individual plan, please confirm with your plan administrator first.
How long until I start to feel better?
It varies from person to person and depends on your plan, so we can’t promise an exact timeline—but many people notice changes over the first several weeks to a few months. Our goal is steady, lasting improvement rather than a quick fix, and we’ll fine-tune along the way.
Not sure which path is yours?
That’s what the first visit is for. Book a virtual consultation and we’ll map the right plan—together.
